*All Lights are ON
*All curtains/blinds are open (pulled up)
*All ceiling fans are OFF
*Toilet seats are closed
*Personal care items are not visible (shampoo and daily care products)
*Trash/recycle bins are not visible
*Cars are moved from driveway and front of house
*Children/pet toys are put away
*Pet food bowls are out of site
*Food is removed from counter tops
*Magnets and pictures are removed from fridge
*Clothes are removed from front load washer and dryer
